El Caribeno Bakery - Topeka

We drove for over an hour in search of Puerto Rican cuisine, and it was worth it because El Caribeño was spectacular. The food was excellent, the service was fast and very friendly, and it exceeded my expectations.

The food was good, but the service was lacking. We waited at the bar for a table for over 10 minutes, and a table wasn't available until after we complained. The waiters didn't speak much Spanish and didn't have much knowledge about the food being served. They also ran out of daisies, so I had to go to the gas station to buy some. However, once we were seated, the service improved and the food was excellent.

Our group of seven ordered our food to go from this restaurant. The food was prepared quickly and ready for pickup when we arrived in just 30 minutes. The meal was delicious and had an authentic taste. We highly recommend this place.
