Shared a wonderful dinner with a long-time friend here yesterday evening. our server marco was super, attentive and friendly. eating was delicious as usual.

Today my friend, my one-year-old son and I went to the restaurant. we waited for the reception, the hostess asked a waitress to bring us to the table, and from this first moment on the waitress had a bad attitude with us. When she started the order, she was very rude so that my friend had to stand up and find the manager. meanwhile she asked me for a bad wise, with a naughty voice, a bad face and obvious body expressions of unmut. at this moment I just wanted to get out. I felt so angry and sad at the same time. I've never been treated like that. a happy day with my family. personally I had been depressed in the last days and that was a good opportunity to get out of the house and have a good time. we had gone to eat last week, and we realized that they were taking people according to their race or skin color in different sections. but the treatment of the waitress on this day was so attentive and friendly that we overlooked the fact. At any rate, today we changed the table and the waitress, which this time was very friendly, but it was not the same who were ghosts low and the starving was gone so that we ended the ordering of the food to go. Of course, they accused us, but not before they give us a tiramisu as an excuse. when we left the place, my cousin, who knew what had happened, had already arrived and demanded an apology from the waitress. the manager (who was not the manager with whom we had already spoken) sent to the waitress, who was hypocritically apologising and we finally left. I believe that people like these are not trained to deal with customers, and if they have this type of problem, it is better to look for another type of work.

To eat one of my favorite places, I love the atmosphere! my huhn alfredo had grilled the last couple times - this is my only complaining. we went to the birthday of my mother and the waitress wrote happy birthday on her teller! Dietary restrictions: my mother can not have salt, they have made her brotsticks without salt.

We stopped in and were more than happy with the prompt service. Adam was very attentive and friendly!! Everything came out in a timely manner and hot!! A great experience and the food was great!! Adam certainly knows about good customer service!!Thanks Adam!! And Olive Garden on Wanamaker!!
