Írjon visszajelzéstWe stopped in on our way passing through and were pleasantly surprised to get a good coffee and be able to admire the lovely local art works. Between us we had a range of coffees and hot drinks and all were very good. The stand out for us was the lemon yoghurt cake - this is a must try!
Clean, neat and with a selection of Tasmanian artworks, books and handicrafts. We stopped for a coffee at Triabunna on our way north and were not disappointed. The coffee and the pies were what we needed and then followed them up with some of the beautiful chocolates that were on display. Sadly these are made in Melbourne rather than locally, and they are as good as they look. Try it if you are passing that way.
I have been here a couple of times, but not for about 12 months. The space has been reconfigured since my last visit. Looks good. There are some interesting things to buy such as Tasmanian books, local scarves and clothes. Quiet expensive though. It would have more atmosphere if there was some quiet music playing in the background perhaps. Not the friendliest of staff but service was good. I found the coffee bitter if you like it like that. I try and support the local economy as it has struggled since mill shut and down turn in forestry in area.It is a lovely town. Certainly worth a detour off the highway.
Considering we had not booked in advance as a group, the service was good, as was the coffee and nice chocolate. To keep us entertained we browsed the art works and other items in the shop and some made purchases. A sunny, clean café was just what we needed as we passed through Triabunna.
Great coffee and good food, glad we found this place on our trip! Partner loved his smoked salmon bruschetta!
