Bz's Italian Kitchen - Tucson

I ate there for lunch with a large group of friends. Most of us got the special which was a personal pizza and a half salad. It was nice you could pick whichever salad you wanted and whichever two items on your pizza you wanted as well. The pizza is a cracker type crust so it's very thin, the sauce was tasty and the toppings were average. The salad was quite wealthy and we waited quite a long time for only having two tables in the entire restaurant, and there seem to be only one person out front taking orders.I don't mean this in a rude way but the servers breath was absolutely horrible! He was very nice but it was a very foul smell.The salad was a bit Willtee, and nothing special at all. I cannot say that I would never eat there again but unfortunately it's just nothing Special P

We love BZs. The owners are alway there to greet you and the wait staff is friendly and very efficient. Their pizzas are delicious and like the fact that they have a gluten free option. Highly recommend for a nice local eatery.

We ordered bruschetta for the first time quit tasty and our favorite hammer pizza delicious. The service was excellent.

On Sunday I ordered a pizza and garlic knots for pick up. When I got home I discovered my pizza was burned. I called the restaurant immediately and requested a refund. I was told a manager would not be available until Tuesday and I would have to wait until then to have the issue addressed. Today is Thursday and no one has reached out. In addition to the overcooked pizza and poor customer service they did not include the two sides of ranch I ordered and their garlic knots were bland and greasy. I would not recommend this place.
