I actually enjoy prove it because it is close to my home and the vegan options are quite refreshing. I get in the regular a pizza sub vegan cheese and oliven instead of prosciutto. The service was excellent, and both the drinks and food were enjoyable. However, you forgot to add the dressing to our salad. Overall, it offers great value for the price!

The food was fantastic! I ordered a Caesar salad and a pepperoni pizza, both of which were outstanding. The highlight of the experience was the connection we made with Jordan, the manager at Proof. My sister and I had a great time, and we’ll definitely be returning!

Excellent pizza, fantastic cocktails, and a lovely atmosphere. We had the pleasure of enjoying live music on stage in the plaza while seated under a covered terrace, sheltered from the rain, but close enough to hear the performance. The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable for a place specializing in handcrafted pizzas. The staff was friendly and didn't hurry us out when we decided to linger and enjoy the band.

Pizza and salads ordered for collection and the pizza was excellent. The only problem we had was the Monsoon season, and when we went right next door from our hotel, it poured. The three restaurants are located around a courtyard and all entrance gates have been locked. It was ridiculous. We were intimidated and tried to find out how to get in and out. And it was only 7:30. Luckily there was no fire or an active shooter, or we might have been dead. With a hotel in the same Plaza as your restaurants, why was it so difficult to get in and out? We finally cut through the middle of the Mexican restaurant on the way back with our pizzas! Maybe we missed something, but every corridor and hallway we went down ended up at a closed gate.
