Írjon visszajelzéstI enjoyed this locally owned, cozy place. I had the Veggie plate because it had a nice selection of possibilities to try. especially I liked the baba ghannuj and the rolled grape leaves. the aromas in the grape leaves were tempting: a bit lemony and with a light hauch mint. I love falafel and I guess this was not fat, but they seemed a bit dry. the za’tar seasoned on the pita were the highlight of the meal. the aromen “popular” in my mouth! I've never had that before!
Their cauliflower sandwich is so good and really great prices
Don't get me wrong, I love falafel and hummus, but seeing the variety on Zayna's menu was very exciting. On my first trip I did get the falafel sandwich, which comes with their AMAZING fries for $5.95. Their fries are thin discs with lemon and spices just the right amount of spicy. A very filling and delicious lunch. Can't wait to go back and try their other offerings.
We love Zayna's for dine-in Lebanese food. Be warned you will not have enough bread in your take-out container unless you ask them for more than one serving. The Foul Maddamus, Falafel and Majadra are all favorites.
My husband I LOVE this place. We discovered it close to a year ago we were eating there so often that most of the waiters/waitresses there knew our order. You can get a falafel sandwich with fries a drink for $5.95...I'm pretty sure that's cheaper than most fast food! We have been out of Tucson since September the place we miss most is definitely Zayna. I am picky about falafels have not had a falafel I liked as much since I left.
