Panarottis Tzaneen

This is a good overall restaurant the food is good an the Panarottis special pizza is the best for me.. However today was the last few times was BAD the food took a woping hole hour to prepare and no there was not that many customers as only 3-4 tablets had customers and the rest was empty,but today was the worst we came in by the door and standing for wat felt like ages we just went to the first open table and waited for 30 minutes just to have waiters keep looking at us but never trying to assist us the manager was talking to some of the customers and after a very long wait stopped at ouer table and sed sorry we are closed.... 30 minutes just to wait for someone to say that was really sad, aswell as that this was at 18:00. Mext time close the door and just put a sign in front of the door saying WE ARE CLOSED... 3 STARS is almost to good for you if i did not like that pizza it would have been 1 star

The Pizza's is very nice and their Thursday evening special where you are served slices of different pizzas on a eat as much as you like basis, is a winner. Maybe the waiters can do with a bit more training so that they do not shower their patrons with liquor when they serve?

#NeverComingAgain #NotGood. The service was underwhelming. Never has a waiter asked so many times to repeat our order and still mess it up. The dishes were not properly kept clean when our food was served.The worst part was that despite the numerous times we repeated our order, the waiter still managed to give everyone the wrong orders. The waiter lacked communication, and tried to serve us the same food over and over again. They did remain true to their promise on how long the food would be served (according to Google reviews) as they left us waiting for over two hours just waiting for food.

Unfortunately had an unpleasant experience the other day-placed an order over the phone for 2 large pizzas When i came to collect and was told the price i was surprised as i thought i have ordered the everyday special, even asked if the special os not on any longer- 2 large pizzas and a 2L drink that came with it for R149.00 but the lady at the till said to me as i didn't specify it when ordering, the pizzas were put through as normal pizzas which made it R249.00 Everywhere esle where i have ordered before the person taking the order always tells you about the specials of the day making sure you get a good service So why couldn't they do the same here? Very disappointed.

Worst experience of my life. Incompetence and no customer service. Management non existent. Had to pay for two meals that i sent back because it wasn't cooked. Raw prawns and raw dough. Manager refused to take it off my bill even though I didn't touch the raw food . Horrible attitude from the manager . Absolutely shocking.
