Why does it always take 30 minutes for a pizza when it premade. And I can order the delivery at domino's and it's with me in 30 minutes. do not want customers

The store manager, Jovany, discriminates against mental illness with his employees and doesn 't accomodate for when they need time to calm down from a panic attack because this is a customer service job. The store supervisor, Michelle, had employees open the store while we still had MAGGOTS IN THE PIZZA DOUGH. Just remember that the next time you want to order from here.

I have been in 4 times this week and they have no pizzas ready. 20 minute wait! The Hot and Ready advertising is false. Prepare to WAIT! The last pizza I did get was not even cut.

Terrible experience. I placed an order online two hours before lunch. When I arrived, the girl at the counter had no idea about my order. She told me it would be ready in five minutes, but I ended up waiting for thirty minutes past the scheduled pickup time. I will never do business with them again.

The pizza here is never served hot and fresh, which is far from what their slogan suggests for this franchise. The staff seems disengaged, and the quality has really declined over time. On the bright side, the prices are still the lowest you'll find for pizza.
