Staff really not professional,when ordering said can I help you?not welcome to Arby’s can I take order as usual,then after paying and waiting for 20 minutes handed order looking stoned and said you good man?
Order food then sat at windows for 30 minutes waiting for them to give my food to me all while the employees all fix them drinks ate and were on their phones while I waited 30minutes after payment. I am very disappointed in the service I received
On our way home from a funeral, we stopped for a quick bite. I used the app to place our order. First problem: the app does not have a dine in option. Second problem; I love the Beef N Cheddar, but not the Onion Roll bun. There is no option to change the type of bread. So I ordered to go but told the person at the counter that we were eating here to avoid having it bagged. To get my sandwich, I ordered the Double Roast Beef and added the Cheddar Sauce and the Red Ranch. I also love the Strawberry Lemonade, so I had to get one of those. My wife ordered the Roast Turkey Ranch Bacon Sandwich with a Sweet Tea. The app allowed me to pay online. The order was processed quickly, and we got our food moments later. After eating the delicious food, we were back on the road within 30 minutes. This location is highly recommended!
Depends on the manager at the time... Over all not a bad choice.
