Jesse's Tortilla Factory - Waco

This restaurant is a fantastic supporter of Mexican cuisine, offering delicious chips, hot sauce, queso, flour and corn tortillas, and, of course, tamales. The great part is that you can buy directly from them! As a Texan, I grew up enjoying tamales on Christmas Eve, and I’ve made it a tradition in my life that I’ve carried on with my family. As my kids have grown up and moved away, our Christmas Eve tamale dinner has become the glue that brings my five children and their loved ones back home, all of them craving the food from Jesse's. I always make it a point to stop by here when I'm in town. Although Dallas has plenty of fantastic tamaleros and tortillerias, I prefer to support local businesses whenever I can. I thoroughly enjoy everything from Jesse's, and I really appreciate the customer service as well.

I visited for the first time this weekend and the experience was fantastic. The service was excellent, and the tamales were amazing. I will definitely be returning!
