Zippy's Waipio - Waipahu

I ordered the Meat Lover's Breakfast Plate with fried rice for $13.90. However, when I got home, I discovered they gave me a Korean fried chicken breakfast instead, which costs $10.95—what a surprise! They took my correct order at the right number (858) and confirmed it, but I wasn't able to double-check it myself. Now I've ended up paying an extra $2.95 for a dish I didn't even want. So, here I am, $2.95 out of pocket for a meal I dislike!

My hash browns were overcooked on both sides, leaving them too crispy and burnt, and my coffee was far too strong. My friend's omelet was more suited for a child’s portion. I mentioned my concerns about the hash browns to our waitress, who acknowledged that they were "very crispy and hard to chew." I was surprised that she served them to me anyway. A new batch of hash browns was brought out, and they were cooked to a golden color on both sides, but I still didn't enjoy them as they tasted stale. Additionally, I didn’t receive a coffee refill until the end of our meal. Based on this experience, I don’t think we will return to this restaurant.

We enjoyed our traditional Thanksgiving dinner, just as we do every year. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the turkey and all the other dishes were. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5. Highly recommended!

I stop by the waipio zippy to redeem my free zip pac for signing up the Zipster. I placed my order but was told I couldn't get the free zip pac. I have to earn points first in order to get the freebee. All the advertisement I saw are false. It's your second order then you get the freebee. I was very disappointed. Don't believe everything you see. That's why zippy is not one of my favors.
