Jumbo's Frozen Custard - West Bend

The food is absolutely fantastic, no question about it. My only issue is that I downloaded the menu to place an order with my coworkers. According to the menu on their website, each burger was around $5 and the onion rings were $2.50. However, when I called to place the order, the total was significantly higher than I anticipated. I found out that those prices were three years old, and there has been a 65% price increase since then. I really think it's time for them to update their menu.

My father took me to this restaurant during my visit from Puerto Rico, raving about how good it is and even comparing it to Kopp's Burgers on Silver Spring Drive. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even finish half of my meal and ended up throwing it away. A short 20 minutes later, I was stuck in the bathroom for the rest of the night. The food was just too greasy—everything was a mushy mess, including the California burger and the bun. My dad felt the same way and was quite disappointed as well. The only redeeming thing was the malt, which was decent. However, I won’t be eating there again.

One of the very few places left that sell grilled chicken. For a healthier choice I order it without the mayo and add mustard instead. Always friendly staff, and quick service. An added bonus is the fund raising they do for the local community! A class act all the way around!

So I actually ended up not ordering anything here, because they didn't know what was in the smoothies. I didn't want to risk it. I avoid corn syrup and artificial dyes so I ended up just letting my husband order his ice cream vs not knowing what I might be consuming
