It used to be a fantastic place a few years back, but now ShopRite from home is really letting it down. I often receive cracked eggs, and the yogurt is frequently expired. The milk tends to go bad just a day later. They never seem to get the cold cuts right—what I requested as thin slices arrives thick and slimy. In the past year, I’ve noticed that their prices are no longer better than those of local competitors. If significant improvements aren’t made soon, I’ll be considering other options.
I had a terrible experience with their catering service. They delivered a 3-foot sub that wasn't sliced, and the hot sandwiches we ordered arrived cold. I'm still waiting for a return call from the manager. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different restaurant.
I was there today, i bought already cut cold cuts, the turkey was slimey, so it’s a repac, they check the date and repackage, what a discrace, i’ll try another store,
The PB&J sandwich I got on whole wheat is dry today. Not sure what happened? I go to lunch at 1:00 and most of the sandwiches are gone by then. Occasionally I see one of the employees putting out more sandwiches, but I wish he was more quick with it. UPDATE: they got much better with putting the sandwiches out! Now when I go get a sandwich for lunch, there's selection! YAY!!! What happened to the sushi? UPDATE: sushi is back but doesn't taste so good.
