Sushi Cafe - West Caldwell

Very good sushi. The reels are small, but for the price they are not bad. I got the roll comb. Tried the shrimp empura and the spicy salmon and they were fresh. The shrimp empura was still hot when I got what made it even better.

Absolutely the best sushi I've ever had! I've been a regular for years, and nothing else comes close. The new location is spacious and beautifully designed. The owner is fantastic, and the food is amazing!

Service is fast and absolutely welcoming! The server was so nice and made me feel super comfortable. I worked 2 minutes away and stopped for lunch and was not disappointed. I ordered the Special Roll and Volcano Roll and let me tell you I'll come back more often. The taste and the displays are immaculate!

Eating is pretty good, manager is super nice and a treasure, reason for the 4 stars is because the staff is not always the best. I will order for lunch and ask specifically for paprika and extra spicy Mayo and no soup. But I will end with soup and no spicy Mayo or chipsticks

The restaurant is stunning and impeccably clean. The food is incredible, although it does take a while to prepare; however, the wait is definitely worth it. It's the best sushi I've ever had!
