Subway - Westminster

I used to love this subway, it’s super clean and the staff is very friendly. Recently, however, one of the newer employees doesn’t change gloves and wipes his gloves on his pants then continues making sandwiches. Also in the middle of making my sun, we went in the back and grabbed his phone with the GLOVES ON and proceeded to make my sandwich with those same gloves and took numerous calls. This is unsanitary. Also, when wrapping subs most of it spilled out and he just tossed it. I’m Not sure where the rest of the staff went, but they used to be awesome. I recently visited one of the best Subways I have ever been to. It was clean, the staff were very friendly, and they made my food with care. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.

Subway's quality has declined recently. The amount of meat in the Italian BMT sandwich does not live up to the picture in the advertisement. My order did not even include ham. I travel frequently and have noticed a pattern of skimping at Subway. I may have to start looking for an alternative while on the road. Subway used to be a dependable option for sandwiches, but now it seems like you get half the meat for twice the price. The other ingredients were satisfactory. Takeout service for dinner cost $10-20 per person. Food rating: 2, Service rating: 3.
