Mel's Diner - Wheeler

We ate at Mel's for lunch. I had the Monterey Chicken with sautéed green beans. it was great. I am from the Fort Worth area and have been trying to find a good Chicken

We really enjoyed our meal. The waitress(didn't get her name) was amazing!! Pies were very good. Will be returning!!

Our waitress was awesome . she works till close. Can't remember her name but think she is pretty new. Did a great job. Her and Brandie are my favorites.

Great service and the food was great , very generous portions .. Will come back.!

I wasn't very impressed with the pecan pie. It sure didn't measure it to others I've had at other restaurants. My burger was good. But the best part of the visit was the fried pork rinds.
