I went to get an iced coffee from the Dunkin Express and one of the cream machines was broken and the other one they were cleaning. So I just attempted to use the one that said out of order due to cleaning because the other one was unavailable. Thelady cleaning the other machine then said to me ?if you read the paper it will tell you it?s broken.? I then asked for creamwhich I was ignored. Another customer asked for some cream and with no problem she gave him some??? I wasn?t rude or anything,if I was I would understand the cold shoulder but jeez. Just wanted some coffee.
Wow, the showers are incredibly clean—above and beyond! Great job, Pilot 4619, on maintaining such spotless facilities. The water pressure is excellent, and there’s an abundance of hot water. Highly impressed! - Skip
The owner mentioned that they have over 750 locations, but honestly, I don't care how many locations they have if they can't cater to truck drivers. This store has two restaurants and a PJ Fresh, and they were all closed. There weren't even any hot dogs on the rollers. From what I gathered, the rollers had been off long before this woman came in at 10 PM. It's really disappointing how poorly this store operates. Now, I’m heading home without any food, and I have to waste time getting back on the highway just to find something to eat. It's absolutely ridiculous.
The restaurant has a well-maintained location, with friendly and kind staff. The bathrooms and showers are clean, and the food is good. However, the design of the semi-truck parking area seems to have been done with a small car mentality in mind. I've never seen a truck stop with so many parking spots that are extremely close together. It makes parking very difficult—while it's possible, it's quite a challenge, especially when you're trying to maneuver into a space. Be prepared for some frustration!
