Great. Also worth the ride. Grandfather Burger added her signature to Jalapenos and, of course, could not be on the hot dog. I got the chocolate cake out on the way, but no picture how we ate home thanks again to the crew and met the father today, super brilliant

I love this restaurant! They have some of the best hot dogs I've ever had! This restaurant is family owned so from my understanding it's the father and his two children and some employees that work there. Their customer service is phenomenal and makes me want to come back. They are very down to earth and take the time to get to know you. I've never had such good service at a restaurant before.

If you want to feel a bit like you are at Appalachian State University but can’t actually BE there, then make a little drive to Boone Doggies in Yadkinville, where you will be immersed in everything ASU. Heavily adorned with ASU regalia and memorabilia (even the menu items are named after iconic ASU/Boone/High Country places and things), Boone Doggies glows with the esprit de corps of the Mountaineer Nation. And they make a scrumptious lunch for you to enjoy as well. I’m actually going to start with the fries. Hand cut and perfectly salted, they were FANTASTIC—among the best fries I’ve ever had. They are thin, approaching shoestring dimensions, but that means more surface area...and more surface area means more flavor! The burger was also excellent—hot, juicy, and flavorful. Toppings were fresh and excellent. The hot dog all the way was delicious—chili was excellent, slaw was very good, but the dog could have used a touch more mustard. I’m nitpicking. All of this is served up by a very friendly and gracious staff that truly works as a team. The only negative I noticed is that the restaurant is small and pretty loud inside. This should not deter you. It certainly won’t deter me. Definitely worth a trip!

The owner is genuinely a nice and friendly guy every time we visit, and the food is out of this world. I can't think of a better burger place within a 100 mile radius honestly.

I've been there twice... nice folks...ok i got da Peacock burger and da Patty Melt and both are amazing. my girl got the burger with the chili and slaw and she said that's her favorite burger. Def going back to try their hotdogs and other burgers.
