Domino's Pizza - Yadkinville

Terrible, terrible, terrible! We've been loyal customers for years, but tonight they claim the Yadkinville store is open, yet they won't answer any calls. If you're seeing this, please respond, Domino's!

When we arrived, the staff charged us again and mentioned that my credit card would be credited in three days. To make matters worse, the pizza was ice cold when we received it. The manager was unprofessional and showed no remorse for the situation. Due to this experience, I will not be ordering from them again. It’s clear that the manager needs additional training in customer service skills.

When you work across the street from domino's you order from them a lot. You expect to get what you order, however that's not the case. Items such as salad come without dressing or forks to eat with, when you request and pay for marinara you don't getit. It's becoming very annoying and making me angry ????

Great food, the best wing's and all the employees are the absolute best they have always treated me sweet and kind they always made me feel like part of the family Yadkinville Domino's is No.1 in my Book God Bless everyone there!!!

Picture this: every time you try to order a pizza during business hours, they cancel your order because they can't be bothered to do something that takes just 15 minutes. If this is how you run your business, I can't see you lasting very long. I highly recommend going to Papa John's instead.
