I didn't order a drink this time, but I was pleased to find out that he offered me the option to pay over the phone instead of having to go inside, which I gladly accepted. The only minor issue was that, although I preferred curbside pickup, I was politely informed that I needed to place my order online next time as it follows a different process. However, he kindly offered to bring my meal out to me this time, for which I expressed my gratitude several times. My food was prepared exactly as I ordered and was delivered before I could finish writing this review—ten minutes earlier than the earliest pickup time available online. Great job overall!

The staff is highly professional and welcoming. The food was excellent.

They messed up my order, as Panera often does, but the difference this time was that this location took responsibility and made things right. I was truly impressed by how much they genuinely cared. This level of service makes me want to support them even more.

Wouldn't bring my food out to the curbside parking spot because I had to pay cash. Let me sit outside for over 10mins and they were not busy. Never had an issue with this location before and always tipped your employees over 30% on take outs and theyalways been more than happy to bring out to car. Whats the point of curbside? The people are usually very nice and fast buttoday you lost a customer of over 10 years. They would not give me my food unless I came in and wore a mask.

While there aren't many vegan options available, the waiter was more than willing to address my inquiries. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the ingredients are freshly sourced.
