Elvira's Cafe - Giddings

The breakfast tacos are homemade with many options to fill them themselves. They are quite large, although the menu price indicates the opposite. This place is more ma pa than fancy pants so not expect glamorous surroundings, but nobody goes to BFE Giddings to find The Ritz. If there are more kinds of salsa or maybe one that has a little fire to him, they would be 5*'s all day.

Best cooked eggs I've ever eaten. Breakfast was delicious, the service was great. Will definitely stop a pint again!

Food was very good, definitely authentic mexican! Breakfast Tacos are HUGE! Unless you're a big eater that's a lot! Restaurant is very tired and worn. In any case, don't come here for the atmosphere. Service very slow. A waitress for the whole restaurant. But if you want authentic Mexican food, this is definitely!

Noone cooks bacon like they do. Perfect! The food is always good. If you haven't eaten here you're missing out.
