This is the best place to eat in Mandalay. We went back 4 times in 2 days, including a second dinner after the Indian place where we disregarded. The prices here are quite above the average fare with an average plate of $12, beer and juices at $3, and desserts at $4-6. The place is very well managed and the espresso is authentic Italian style. The best café served in total: international, local and Asian cuisine in Mandalay.
