Cafe City - Mandalay

The best European food in the city. Tastes are the same since my first attempt. good decorations and good service. Instagramble sites. clean and clean toilet.

Service charge 9% is extremely expensive. The waiter just come when we click call button only. Other things are ok.

I love their service. When we go there, we have an old person who has diabetes. So we ask to change the taste of Corn soup. They made it right away. Their food is also tasty. Especially beef steak, it's so tender and tasty.
