Subway - Payson

Wait time is too high. We ordered online and the pick up time was 1250 pm. The team just kepeps processing offline orders and we are still waiting for our order at 1:15 pm. There is no option to cancel the order and there is no customer support as well. Highly inefficient team!

Worst service experience! Ordered for a pick up, sandwich not ready even after 30 minutes. Had to stand in a dine-in queue for more 30 minutes to collect a pick up order! Imagine! Totally unorganized and irresponsible!

The manager was the only person taking and fulfilling orders. No one else wanted a job or work on Sunday. It took 55 minutes to get my order. There were about ten people behind me. The food was the same as I have had from Subway before but with new names and confusing descriptions. The music was annoying and the temperature varied as you moved up the line.

The woman working at the restaurant was very friendly, extremely clean, and very efficient. I am very grateful to her.

Every time we stop here they are out of something most times more than 1 thing ?. Today out of roast beef and they only have white bread! It’s the weekend people figure it out, plan for the lunch rush! Off to Jimmy Johns I guess! ?
